Ali is a PMBI + GMBSC Level 1 and Aus cycling Mountain Bike Instructor with over 17 years of riding and racing. She is also a Women’s fitness coaching specialist, specialising in helping women navigate their health and fitness and their female physiology. She has a particular interest and over a decade in experience in working with women during pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and menopause. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher, and is currently studying nutrition among other things.
