As an experienced Women’s Coaching Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Mountain bike coach Ali incorporates three important elements to this program to help women achieve results and a powerful, capable body.

  • Nutrition for the female athlete (yes, you are an athlete if you exercise on purpose!)
  • Training for the “true core”
  • Strength and conditioning program specifically designed for the female mountain biker.

No matter where you are in your MTB experience, this program is designed to improve your fitness and health, and you will feel stronger and last longer on the bike –  whether you are a complete novice or an experienced racer.
