Menopause can have a pretty big impact on our of quality of life. Peri-Menopause isn’t just irregular periods and hot flashes. Menopause symptoms affects pretty much all body systems, from our brains to our boobs to our bones and beyond. this can have a huge impact on day to day life, and of course our riding.
The40+ MTB Wellness program is a collective journey towards better health, while navigating peri-to post menopause together. It contains specific lifestyle and MTB strategies, expert recommendations, and evidence — to help you feel better, and to maintain longevity in our sport.

Ali is a PMBI + GMBSC Level 1 and Aus cycling Mountain Bike Instructor with over 15 years of riding and racing. She is also a Women’s fitness coaching specialist, specialising in helping women navigate their health and fitness and their female physiology. She has a particular interest in working with women during pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and menopause. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher, and is currently studying nutrition.
